Specifically, the Master in Hospital Administration program of St. Jude College aims to
produce graduates with the following competencies:

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
At the end of the semester, the students are expected to understand human behavior and how it
affects an organization.
Specifically, the study aims to:
1. Understand men and their needs, drives and urges and their implications to management of
men;
3. Analyze human behavior as it affects the organization, its operation and future possibilities.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course is focused on analysis of cases that concerns the individual as a person and member
of an organization, his aspirations and they affect his work group behavior, his relations with others,
and his leadership potentialities. Also discussed is the topic on organization development (O.D.) which
is an important aspect in the study of human behavior in organization.
