Ingredients:
A. 300 gm Melted butter (unsalted)
5 tablespoon cocoa powder
C. 2 eggs
F. 40 gm walnut (chopped)
Method:
1. Melt butter over slow fire and add in cocoa powder and mix well. Set aside. (Ingredient A)
2. Beat ingredient B and then add in (C) and beat together until all mix well. Set aside.
(Ingredient B + C)
3. Beat (D) and pour in melted cocoa butter (A). Fold in sifted flour and baking powder.
4. Pour in the half portion of cocoa mixture into 10'x 10'x 3' baking tin (lined with wax
paper). Pour cheese on top of the cocoa mixture and use skewer to make pattern. Add in
remaining half portion of cocoa mixture, use skewer to make pattern.
