Ingredinets:

o 250 g white flour


Grissini with sesame
seeds o8 g salt

o15 g yeast
Preparation time: 1h 10 min
Serves: 20 pcs. o180 ml water

1. Mix the yeast with lukewarm water. o30 ml olive oil

2. In a large bowl sift the flour. o300g sesame

3. Add the yeast , lukewarm water, olive


oil and salt.

4. Knead for 8-10 minutes for a smooth


dough.

5. Spread the dough into a rectangle 14 x

20 cm. Let rise for 1 hour. NOTES

6. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.


Cut dough into two strips of 7 / 10 cm,
then into strips of 7 / 1 cm.

7. Roll each strip to get 30 inches long


strips. Roll the strips in sesame seeds
and place on the baking sheets.

8. Let the grissini to grow for 10 minutes.

9. Bake at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.


Chill before serving.
