    A patient was received from another department via wheelchair accompanied by staff. She had an ongoing IV infusion of oxytocin. She was assisted onto an examination table in the lithotomy position and given oxygen. An episiotomy was performed. She delivered a live baby via normal spontaneous delivery. The umbilical cord was clamped and the placenta delivered. Additional oxytocin was administered via her IV and she was given an intramuscular injection. She was brought to the recovery room with ongoing oxytocin infusion.
