Sub: Channel partner acceptance letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to your offer for the channel partnership/Franchisee with your company. We are thankful to
you for giving us opportunity to serve you. I am interested to be your channel partner. Here is the confirmation on
the same.

Here are the Channel Partner details and terms of working as proposed by
you.

Area of operation (city) : Marathwada (base city)

Products to market : Website and software developed by you

Terms of selling : As mentioned by you

1. Channel partner will get website package at certain cost from SIPL as per company norms. We are entitled to sell
at own cost/profit margin. SIPL basic website package begins from Rs 3700/- onwards (2 page website with
domain name)

2. The channel partner commission payment will be done by the Sumeru Infosystem Pvt Ltd after the full payment
given by the customer.

3. Billing/Invoice will be done directly by Sumeru Infosystem Pvt Ltd to the customer.

4. Channel Partner role will be limited to searching the clients, presentation and explanations of the products,
getting the client information in soft copy or hardcopy format, and coordinating between company and
clients on regular basis till the completion of the website.

5. Sumeru Infosystem Pvt Ltd will support the channel partner by regular training on products and presentation skills
along with sales kit stationary only. News paper advt support will also be given based on my satisfactory monthly
performance.

6. Registration fees: Rs 3,700/- .This is 100% REFUNDABLE. Channel partner will get this amount once he gets at
least one website order worth Rs 3700/- at any point of time.

7. Channel partner will be entitled for “work experience certificate” of till date of working with us.
