He is allowed to upload it on al internet platforms, like video and news platforms for any purposes. Obligations of the artist: = The artist is not allowed to change the picture without asking the photographer. He also is not allowed to sell the picture, except as part on a digital sale as cover of a song, but usually only the main cover (which is by the artist himself) for the album will be shown and sold. If there should be any way of getting this picture printed, like on a Hardease CD cover, there must be a new agreement between all involved parties. - If there is anything new the artist wants to do or use this picture for, the photographer has to know about it before. = Links back to the original photo will be provided where possible. = Credit to the photographer will be stated. Obligations of the photographer: = The photographer gives the artist the official permission to use this cover in all ways written down here. = The photographer doesn’t get any credits for the song, but the eredits for the picture of course = The photographer is sure he owns the picture a 100% and also is sure there is no way of protection for this picture so the artist can use it legally General clauses: = Tfany of the other party for any reason - except force majeure - its obligations under this contract does not comply, he is obliged to pay a penalty equal to 100% of the agreed fee. Except for the cancellation of the event, provided that the cancellation was the artist at least 4 weeks prior to the event reported.
