ADULT GUEST REGISTRATION

The adult guest or an area staff person may complete this form to register for the adult guest
program at a specific camp. Send the completed form and a deposit equal to 50% of the total charge
to the Young Life area or regional office. The Young Life office will forward the registration and
deposit to the camp. The camp office will contact adult guests directly to confirm availability.
Deposits are non-refundable after March 1. The balance of payment is due upon arrival at camp.
