Strengthen the coordination of the OSR and the students

A. Conduct regular consultations with student councils, house councils, organizations,

publications, and alliances

B. Conduct intensive visits to regional units and autonomous units. Spearhead seminars.
congresses and other activities that will provide venue for the students to unite

C. Ensure that the OSR will be transparent in all its endeavors. It has to disseminate
information regarding the BaR's actions and declslons,

. D. Coordinate with the Student Regents of other Universities and Colleges on various
national issues

military and debt servicing to education budget. Oppose privatization and
commercialization of UP education. Oppose anti-student state policies on education.
Review the Long Term Higher Education Develop Plan, Land use plan, and other existing
plans of the administration

B. Join system-wide alliances, such as UP KI~OS NA, that would ensure maximum
participation of the students on national issues and would forge more unities with other
sectors

C. Oppose the K-12 plan and the restoration of mandatory ROTC

D. Be involved in the campaign to review the contract of the LRT and MRT railway systems

E. Support the call for agrarian reform, just compensation, and land distribution

F. Oppose Vr:A, Oplan Bantay l.ava, and US aggression on war

IV. Unite with the other sectors of the University in different issues

A. Coordinate with the other sectoral regents in order to collate the needs and demands of
every sector

B. Empower UP vendors, drivers, workers, and ather sectors of the University
