Crandall & Whaley, Cases, Problems and Materials on Contracts, Fifth
Edition. Please read and prepare the assignments as indicated even
though it may appear that we have fallen behind the schedule. Brief
all of the principal cases and be prepared to read in class all or part of
your written brief. Please prepare the entire assignment for the week
before the first class meeting of the week. Note that assignments
may grow longer as the semester progresses. Plan
