Guidelines for

Submission of Data Walls

WE WANT YOU TO SHARE YOUR DATA

Your school’s principal or district administrator must approve data wall displays. Districts may submit no
more than ten displays. One designated individual should register each submission separately for their
district. Please visit http://registereastconn.org/ds to register your submission. Once the registration process
is complete, a courtesy message will automatically be sent to the e-mail address of the designee who
approved the submission. The indiviual who completes the registration will receive a confirmation e-mail that
includes a form that must be printed out and affixed to the back of the display prior to submission.
Individuals who are registering data wall displays are not considered registered for the Conference. If those
individuals would like to attend the conference, they must register at http://registereastconn.org/ds .

Data wall displays must be picked up from the Coco Key Hotel and Conference Center on April 28th between
3:00 – 4:30 pm or they will become the property of the Connecticut State Department of Education (unless
alternative arrangements have been made with a Data Showcase Planning Committee Member prior to the
conference).
