The application should accompany with the following documents :

1. State Bank of India chalan for Rs. 110/- ( remitted in Madurai Kamaraj
University Fee fund A/c No. 1) OR a demand draft for Rs. 110/- drawn in
favour of the Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University.

2. An attested Xerox Copy of the T.C. OR if undergoing any Course, application

should be forwarded by the Head of the Institution stating the Course of study
in their institution .

3. An attested Xerox Copy of Diploma or Provisional Certificate or statement of

marks of last appearance or a declaration in case of non – appearance for any
examination in this University.
