The CIA keeps an online library of declassified documents. These documents can be
accessed by anyone and contain a lot of information for any subject you need. This document is a
report from an investigation into the activities of CIA and other U.S. personnel in Honduras.
Although the source is not current it makes a reliable source since it shows the mindset of
interrogators from 20 years ago, which are the same people who teach the newest generation of
interrogators.

The Senate made an inquiry in 2008 into the treatment of certain detainees being held in
Guantanimo Bay, Cuba. This report was then given to Congress as part of their investigation into
rumors of torture. This report is full of facts, names, and numbers, and would be a great source of
information.

The New American is a Right Wing magazine. Although it promotes smaller federal
government it promotes bigger government involvement in things such as advanced interrogation
techniques. The NW website holds many articles on documents that have been released
concerning advanced interrogation techniques and "torture".

While this is another document gleaned from the CIA library concerning past accounts
and investigations into alleged torture, it gives a glimpse into the mindset of interrogators and an
invaluable look at the techniques the older generation of interrogators are teaching the youngest
generation
