Second Party : M/S Blue Sky International Pvt Ltd Lie.# 266058059, with address P.O. Box: 19346 Katmandu Nepal ‘Both Parties have to agree on the Following: 1- The First party agreed to enter into an agreement with the Second Party to supply Nepalese ‘Manpower of Labour. The Number and specification in respect therefore are to be specified by the First Party through task order. 2- The first Party agreed to advise the Second Party of the needed manpower required from Nepal through cable, fax, or letter specifying manpower requirements and their job descriptions, Salaries, other terms & conditions and desired mobilization date on the respective site. 3- The first party has the right either send his representative or give the Second party the right to select, process and deploy such workers at the Second Party’s full guarantee. 4 The Second Party is responsible for all processing requirements including medical examination, Government permits, Passports, Visa stamping and other official requirements, which are necessary or the employment of the selected workers in accordance with the applicable laws & regulations, ~The second party in consideration of this agreement agreed to indemnity and keep harmless on the Fist Party, his directors, employee, & agents against all cost charges, expenses & losses they may suffer as result of or arising out of the Second Party's failure on negligence in fulfilling his obligations & responsibilities as per the agreement. {6- Agency fees’ the First Party shall not pay any charges or recruitment fee's, The First Party should pay the air tickets for the repatriation of workers after completion of contract period of two years. 7- The Second Party should clearly inform the candidates that the First Party is paying the salary on time, incase any candidates artives without correct information& create any problem to the Fitst Party, The candidate will be repatriated to his country of origin & charge, ‘8 The First Party shall have the right to sign similar other agreements with other recruiting agency in Nepal during the validity of this agreement with the notification to the Second Party.
