this case, please provide back up for subtitution. Once the equipments are loaded to your venue, you
must be responsible for our equipments safety.

STAGE PERFORMANCES
1. The band name must be stated as THE SUPER INSURGENT GROUP of INTEMPERANCE
TALENT on all promotion media. Stating (The S.I.G.I.T.) after the band name is optional.
2. Organizer must provide 17 backstage pass and at least 10 free tickets.
3. There are no unofficial photographer allowed on stage during performance.
4. There are no unauthorized person allowed on stage during performance.
5. Organizer must assure that there are no racial offend contents on stage and venue.
6. Organizer must assure that during break between songs, stage lights must be turned down.
7. Organizer must assure that all schedules in venue are on time. Please be certain about time schedule
and duration of performance.
8. The S.I.G.I.T. doesn’t responsible for any damage and schedule delay happened during show which
caused by audience or other people outside of The S.I.G.I.T. team.

SOUND CHECK
1. Organizer must provide 2 HOURS for sound check 3 hours before show at most.
2. Organizer must assure The S.I.G.I.T. and equipments safety and securities during sound check, before-
during-after stage performance.
3. Organizer must assure that all schedules in venue are on time.
4. There’s no unauthorized persons allowed on stage during sound check.
5. The S.I.G.I.T. doesn’t responsible for any delay happened which not caused by The S.I.G.I.T. team.

BACKSTAGE ROOM
Organizer must provide an air conditioned and clean backstage room for the band at least 4 x 4 m, the
room must have at least 1 meter tall mirror. Please make sure that the room has been cleaned up and
cleared 30 minutes before band arrival. And the band has the right to stay 1 hour after the show. No
unauthorized person allowed in backstage.
FOODS AND BEVERAGES
Organizer must provide the healthy meal 3 times per day for 12 persons since arrival until departure.
The catering meal should be equal at least Rp. 70.000,- per meal per person.
Foods and beverages must be provided at VENUE:

1. Healthy Meal for 12 Persons equal to Rp. 4. 4 packs of Ultra Milk Low Fat Chocolate

2. 20 small bottles of Soft drinks or fruit 5. 2 LARGE pans of Pizza Hut Meat Lovers
juice 6. 14 cans of Pocari Sweat

TRANSPORTATIONS
1. Organizer must provide The S.I.G.I.T. with appropriate vehicles such as 2 MPV for arrivals to venue
and departures. Vehicle must be time efficient, convenience and big enough to accommodate at least 12
persons, band equipments and properties.
2. If not conditional for using vehicle, Organizer must provide airplane tickets, for arrivals to venue and
departures, for 12 persons and extra baggage to accommodate our equipment and properties, band
equipments total weight around 350 kg. 12 return tickets must be received by the management at
least 1 week before show date. Organizer is responsible to pay for airport taxes and transport from
Bandung – Jakarta – Bandung (if the flight departs from Jakarta).
3. Upon arrival, Organizer must provide The S.I.G.I.T. 2 MPV to accommodate team, and 1 Box Car for
the band equipment and properties. Vehicle must be available 24 hours, along with a driver, since
arrival until departure.
4. Organizer must make sure that The S.I.G.I.T. team arrived in venue at least 30 minutes before show.
5. Organizer must send LO (Liaison Officer) to inform us everything about the event and schedules.
6. EO must guarantee the safety and security of The S.I.G.I.T. team, equipment and properties at
arrivals, hotel, venue and departures.
7. If any of following accident happen since our arrivals till our departures:
a. One or more of The S.I.G.I.T.’s team injured
b. Defect and lost of The S.I.G.I.T.’s equipments and properties
Then EO must be responsible and taking action by giving us medicines and replace equipment and
properties with exact specification.
8. The S.I.G.I.T. doesn’t responsible for any damage on vehicles, plane facilities which caused by people
outside of The S.I.G.I.T. team.
9. The S.I.G.I.T. doesn’t responsible for any delay on flight schedules, transportation schedules, venue
schedules and show schedules which not caused by The S.I.G.I.T. team.
ACCOMMODATION
1. EO (Event Organizer) must provide The S.I.G.I.T. with clean, healthy and comfy at least 3 (three)
stars 6 hotel rooms or 2 apartments with 3 bedrooms with clean and appropriate bathroom for at
least 12 persons and extra space for our equipment and properties, since arrival till departure.
2. The S.I.G.I.T. doesn’t responsible for any damage on hotel facilities which caused by people outside of
The S.I.G.I.T. team.
3. The S.I.G.I.T. doesn’t responsible for any delay hotel booking schedules, which not caused by The
S.I.G.I.T. team.

FEE PAYMENT
1. EO must pay 50% of the total fee that had been dealt in contract made by The S.I.G.I.T.’s official
manager and EO, 3 weeks before show date, transferred to bank account noticed further.
2. Other 50% must be paid cash by EO to The S.I.G.I.T.’s official manager 1 week before the show date.
3. No money return for cancellation by EO after first term payment.
4. EO must pay extra charge, 10% of total fee per hour, if any delay for the schedules happened in venue
which caused by EO.
5. After this rules and riders are agreed and signed by EO, The S.I.G.I.T. can cancel performances or
reject to perform if EO doesn’t fulfilled one or more point that mentioned before.

This rules and riders are negotiable. If any inconveniences occurred caused by any point mentioned in
this riders, please contact The S.I.G.I.T. management.

This riders must be replied and signed by both parties. The S.I.G.I.T. has the right to cancel or
reject to perform if EO doesn’t fulfill one or more points that mentioned before after this riders
agreed and signed by both parties.

These deals and agreement above were made with fair and without any force between The S.I.G.I.T.
and Event Organizer.
