In the present arena of information, writing a report on field work in simply semester to planting a new
sapling in the world full with millions of similar flora. Therefore, presenting this report, we express our
deep sense of gratitude to Dr (Mrs Mamata Goswami) for being a guide in the whole trip and project
guide for preparing the report.

Introduction

Importance of field study:

Every science stands on a scientific method of investigation & research by which it looks at the world.
The unified entitly behind the diversity in zoology is the study of this branch with the latest tool of trade
for exploring the part of study. It enables us to go beyond the horizons of our own level or limit of
knowledge and perceive into a real world of learning, where already established theories and
techniques are usually applied in the field.

Objective- The main objective of the field work is to get reliable and verifiable information.
