& MISS DHANSHRI, who was born at MUMBAI, on 25/02/2002 for going to all
countries for tourism. We take oath and solemnly state/declare that the pariculars
furnished by us in our said passport application form are correct and that we have not
concealed or misrepresented any facts in it.
That there are no criminals or civil cases pinding against us in any court of law in
india.That we are an Indian citizen by birth and we have neither acquired the citizenship
of another country nor have laost or been surrendrered the citizenship of India.

INDIA..That we are an Indian citizen by birth and we have neither acquired the
