The victim’s advised that he had information are as follows: several vietim’s told pol promised a job working for his Opti hired them to sell Health care plans on commission. On 12-15-10 Jamison came to the WCCU and gave a statement of admission that he created a fraudulent business to sell health care plan that was fraudulent in nature. Jamison advised he did charge several people $35.00 for uniforms that he did not supply. Jamison advised he did not have a business license to operate Optimal Health at 866 S.
