RULES & REGULATIONS

EFFECTIVE: December 13, 2010

1. REPORT ON TIME
MON-FRI MORNING SHIFT : 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
EVENING SHIFT : 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
SAT-SUN MORNING SHIFT : 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
EVENING SHIFT : 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Attendants are only given a maximum of 20 minutes late allowance. For every 10 minutes late,
there will be a deduction to your salary.

2. BREAK TIME
Only maximum of 30 minutes break is allotted for every attendant during lunch/dinner breaks.
They must do breaks alternately so there should be one attendant left to entertain clients.
LUNCH BREAK TIME : 11:30-12:00/12:00-12:30
DINNER BREAK TIME : 6:00-6:30/ 6:30-7:00

3. ABSENCES
Attendants should inform the manager or assistant manager thru text message or call as soon as
possible if he/she cannot come or will be late for work due to sickness or any other important or
emergency reasons.

4. USING CELLPHONES while on duty should only be used during emergencies only.

5. PC USAGE
Attendants are only allowed to use PC Server 1 and Server 2 during working hours. You can use
any PC for only at most 1 hour before or after work or if you are assigned to troubleshoot or fix a PC or
install games and software. You are not allowed to install and copy any games or software on any PC
especially Server 1 and Server 2 without permission from the manager unless you are told to do so.

6. DOWNLOADS
Downloading explicit videos, pictures or software is STRICTLY prohibited.

7. ENDORSEMENT
Attendants are required to endorse sales in every shift prior to off duty.

8. AFTER CARE
Attendants should perform after care such as mopping the floor, cleaning the CR and throwing of
garbage before closing the café.

It is important that these rules must be followed to maintain good working relationship between
the management and the attendants. Failure to do so shall be dealt accordingly.
