Proposed Change Description

Business Requirement

Changes required to the existing reconciliation module in order to filter the ‘Visa iSwitch
Reconciliation report’ and changes needed for the existing matching and picking criteria.

Impact Statement

Please note that this change will be implemented to the existing Reconciliation module at
PABC.

Following changes will be there:


1. Changes to the existing picking and matching criteria [Found to be changed to
‘Processed’, not found to be changed to ‘Unprocessed’, matched to be changed to
‘Valid’, not matched to be changed to ‘Invalid’. The changes would be reflected
throughout the complete system.
2. Visa iSwitch Reconciliation report needs the filtering criteria’s below added [Transaction
type dropdown with ‘All’, ‘Financial’, ‘Non Financial’; Network type dropdown with ‘All’,
‘Visa’, ‘Switch’; Transaction Medium dropdown with ‘POS’ and ‘ATM’.

Costing

Effort : 15 days
Cost : US$ 5250.00
Payment Terms: 70% with Purchase Order, 30% on delivery

 The following documents must be signed & provided to Interblocks before any work can be
scheduled:
1. Purchase Order – instructing Interblocks to provide the above mentioned changes
2. ‘Implementation of Recurring Future dated IBFT Automation process at SBA.doc’ – Change request
document (this document).

 Start date to be determined as per agreements/resource availability


 Above cost is excluding any government taxes of which has to be paid by the bank.
