Advocacy Board Contest”

Theme:

“Together Everyone Achieves More:

Going for the 10 Million
Safemanhours”

Mechanics:

1. The contest is open to all REGULAR and

PROBATIONARY employees.

2. The image must depict the theme of

the event to accomplish the 10M Safe
Manhours.

3. A “TAGLINE” must be established along

with the image that would best reflect
the goal.

4. Entry must be in an A4 size paper and

colored.

5. Deadline of submission is on March 5,

2010 at 12NN to the OHS office.
 6. Screening of entries will be on March 8,
2010 at the OHS office.

7. Entries that passed the screening will

be scheduled for final judging. (The
contestant/s will be called-upon to
defend their entry).

Criteria for Preliminary Judging:

Relevance to the Theme - 40%

Originality - 25%

Creativity (Appeal) - 20%

Overall Impact - 15%

TOTAL 100%

Criteria for Final Judging:

Score from the Preliminary Judging -

60%

Defending of Concept - 40%

TOTAL 100%
Prizes:

1. Grand winner will win a GC worth

10K.

2. Special Token awaits the non-winners.
