Piping Stress Analysis Proficiency

• Conversant with the international practices, codes &standards for process piping.
• Through with the stress concepts and fully familiar using CAESAR II package.
• Ability to study supporting feasibility and select spring hangers.
• Perform loading data for civil structures.
• Co-ordination with the other departments for interface management.
• Experience in flexibility analysis of critical lines using CAESAR II as per code requirement and process
requirements..
• Exposure to secondary calculations like flange leakage calculation , WRC-107 check of equipment nozzles
calculation.
• Static analysis of Piping system
• Pulsation analysis, Dynamic analysis of piping system
• Wind Analysis, Seismic analysis, and Relief valve analysis.
• Local stress analysis of Pipe Supports.
• Equivalent Pressure Check of the Flanges and Flange Leakage Calculation using CAESAR II.
• Stress analysis of pipes connected to critical Rotating machineries like Pumps, Compressors & Steam
Turbines which includes respective analyses like API 610, API 617, API 618, and NEMA SM-23.
