    COMPLAINT:
    1. Must be in writing.
    2. State the facts complained of

    SUPREME COURT

    Proceed with case if


    meritorious.
    DISMISS Respondent shall be notified
    and respondent must answer
    within 10 days.

    SC shall appoint a
    Justice of the CA or will
    conduct a hearing

    REPORT: Must contain


    findings of fact
    and conclusion of

    SUPREME COURT

    The proceedings shall be confidential but the decision of the SC shall be


    published like any other decision.
    This is also the procedure in disciplining judges of the MTC.
