10 day Master’s Lifestyle [cleansing program]

Master cleanse + 7 day Sonne’s bentonite clay + psyllium seed + husk

Intention:
Cleanse body bio-chemistry
Remove Fecal matter from walls of colon (toxin accumulation removal)

Daily Consumption:
1 gallon of lemon water
Neera Herbal tea

Exercise:
Awake at 430am
Drink lemon + water (alkalize brain & stimulate brain oxygenation)

Begin with 15mins of candle focus(or inner mediation)


Meditation (Active): Morning Yoga + Qi Gong 1 ½ hr
Meditate (passive) 1hr

Colon Cleanse

2x daily colon irrigation


1 coffee enema
1 epsom salt enema
follow with 1 litre of H20 enema

A. Each day for 7 days take the following Cleansing Drink:


1. Pour about one inch (or two
tablespoons) of you choice of fruit
juice into the pint jar. (This is to
pre- vent the mixture from jelling
too quickly and to give your drink
flavor, although it is not necessary.)

2. Add at least 10 ounces of water.

3. Add 1 tablespoonful of Sonne’s


No. 7 Detoxificant.

4. Lastly, add 1 heaping


teaspoonful of Sonne’s No. 9
Intestinal Cleanser.

5. Put the cover on tightly and


shake vigorously for 5 to 10
seconds.

6. Drink quickly. Follow with fresh water, if desired

B. 1 ½ hour after Cleansing Drink
