6. Course Description : The course Sociology and Population Education presents comprehensive view of
present conditions in the Philippines. It also covers a review of the history and
the culture of the Filipinos, which help explain the existence of various societal
problems and challenges we face today and their possible solutions. Integrated
in this course is the study of population education.
