1. APPLICATION GUIDE
Please adhere to the following instructions when preparing your applications:

1. All applications are to be made via email unless stated otherwise

2. Direct your cover letters to the Head of Human Resource Department

3. Please ensure that your email subject title is ‘Internship Application from Sunway
University College’

4. Your application should include the following attachments:

i. Cover Letter
ii. Resume
iii. Referral Letter from the University
iv. Academic Transcripts (updated)

5. When you email your applications to Companies, please copy (cc) the email to the
following persons:

6. Application TIPS

 RESEARCH targeted companies by reading up on the company website or by other

means of research

 NOTE the language and key words used in the website

 REPLICATE the style or usage of certain keywords in your cover letter and resume

 BE INFORMED on the requirements of the company and try to match it as best as

possible.

 TAILOR-MAKE each application accordingly
