Overview:
This course seeks to provide an understanding of Organizational Behavior (OB)
from individual and group perspective. Through this course, the participants will
better understand and appreciate theories underlying individual, interpersonal
and group behavior. This will facilitate them to relate the concepts to
organizational life, in order to work on these to become a good corporate citizen
and better leader managers.

Objectives:
The objectives of the course are as follows:
1. To understand the role of individual behavior in the various facet of
organizational life.
2. To develop an insight to one’s own behavior as well as behavior of others.
3. To enhance and develop the managerial skills of an individual.
