 Para los competidores que están en blanco en la lista de abajo. Los que están en amarillo son los
competidores que ya Confirmaron. Se recomienda a los competidores llegar a Tarma el día 28 de
octubre para que tengan tiempo de aclimatarse a la altura y no les afecte el día de la competencia.

Saludamos a todos los competidores que ya han mandado sus datos en la pre - inscripción y
aprovechamos para disculparnos por las demoras (necesarias) para brindarles la información que
necesitan.

El Hotel Los Portales Tarma está implementando su albergue para los competidores. Este albergue
cuenta con 18 habitaciones de 3 camas cada una. Es decir que solo hay 54 camas disponibles. Por
este motivo se ha decidido que las camas se darán a los 54 primeros inscritos confirmados.
Albergue los días 28,29,30,31 y 1.

Habrá desayuno buffet gratis para TODOS los competidores inscritos durante los días 29, 30 y 31
en las instalaciones del Hotel en el horario que se programe. Pronto mas información al respecto.

El traslado a Tarma lo estamos trabajando para que se haga a través de una empresa de buses
para que lleven a todas las delegaciones juntas. Pronto mas información al respecto.

Para confirmar la inscripción se deben seguir las siguientes instrucciones:

Para competidores peruanos:

Se les está adjuntando a la presente LA FICHA DE INSCRIPCIÓN que deberán enviar

escaneada con la firma a mano del participante o apoderado en caso de menores de
edad. Esta ficha deberá ser entregada el día del evento por lo que se recomienda guardarla.(Al
recibir el correo de confirmación de inscripción se le enviara la Ficha de Inscripción)

Las inscripciones se confirmarán depositando la cuota de inscripción de $60 dólares americanos en

la siguiente cuenta: Banco BCP cuenta ahorros dólares 193-20009552167.

Luego de hacer el depósito deberán enviar un mail a inscripciones@dhtarma.com, donde deberán
colocar el número de transacción (para poder confirmar el depósito), la copia escaneada de la
FICHA DE INSCRIPCIÓN debidamente firmada y COPIA DEL VOUCHER de depósito (ESTOS
REQUISITOS SON INDISPENSABLES PARA FORMALIZAR LA INSCRIPCIÓN Y RESERVAR CUPO EN
EL ALBERGUE).

Se les recuerda a los competidores peruanos que la única forma de separarles cupo en el albergue
es con el cumplimiento de estos requisitos en un solo acto. No se van a reservar cupos en el
albergue si no mandan la ficha y el voucher de pago.

Para competidores extranjeros:

El punto de llegada al Perú es el Aeropuerto Jorge Chavez de Lima. Se les recomienda a las
delegaciones de todos los países que viajen en grupos para facilitar su traslado. Les recomendamos
organicen antes de su viaje el traslado a los hospedajes en Lima. Recomendamos los siguientes

Este pequeño lugar, de bajo presupuesto, es moderno, está bien amoblado y se encuentra
cerca a los parques del malecón. Cuenta con un jardín interior para relajarse. Tiene acceso

el hospedaje en el albergue del Hotel Los Portales Tarma es solo para los primeros 54 inscritos
confirmados, los cuales se registrarán en recepción del Hotel. El deterioro, daños o perjuicios de las
habitaciones e instalaciones, en contra del Hotel será responsabilidad directa de los responsables.

We welcome all the riders who have already sent their information for the pre-registration. Also,
we take this opportunity to offer our apologies for the delays that have helped us to be able to
provide the information you need.

The lodge in hotel “Los Portales Tarma” is offering hostelling for registered riders. This lodge has
18 rooms, with 3 beds in each one. In other words, there are only 54 beds available. Because of
the limited number of beds, we have decided to give them to the first 54 confirmed riders. The
lodge will be able for the 28, 29, 30, 31 and 1st.

The hotel will be offering breakfast to ALL riders registered by the 29, 30 and 31st. It will be
served in their facilities and in a programmed schedule. Soon, we’ll have more information on that
subject.

We are also in negotiations with a bus company, so that it may offer transportation for all
delegations to Tarma. Also, we will soon have more information about this.

To confirm your registration, you must follow these instructions:

For Peruvian riders:

We are enclosing the REGISTRATION FORM, which has to be scanned including the written
signature of the participant or, if the rider is under-aged, the signature of his parents or
representatives. This form has to be handed in the day of the event, so we recommend that you
keep it safely.

Registrations will be confirmed by depositing the $60 registration fee in the following

After the deposit has been made, an e-mail has to be sent to inscripciones@dhtarma.com,
specifying the transaction number (to be able to confirm de deposit), the scanned copy of the
REGISTRATIOSN FORM signed (written signature) and a copy of the VOUCHER you have received
for depositing the money. (THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE ESSENTIAL TO CONFIRM YOUR
REGISTRATION AND SECURE A BED IN THE HOTEL)

Riders are reminded that for us to be able to hold a spot for them in the hotel, they have to fulfill
the requirements in one sole action. No beds will be set aside for those that don’t send the
registrations form and the deposit voucher.

To Foreign Riders:

The arrival point will be at Jorge Chavez International Airport at Lima. We recommend delegations
from different countries to travel in groups to facilitate transportation. We also recommend for you
to organize the trip and have hosting arrangements in Lima settled before you leave your

            This small budget place is modern, well furnished and close to cliff top parks. There is a
nice interior garden for relaxing. You have an easy access to the beach and to the central area of

We remind the foreign riders that the only way to save your place in the lodge is if you comply with
the requirements. There will be no hosting reservations done without the full registration
form and a copy of the plane ticket.

A $60.00 payment will be allowed at the arrival at Tarma only for the foreign delegations. This
will be coordinated.

We remind every rider that the registering fee is of $60.00 and that there will only be hosting in
the Hotel Los Portales Tarma lodge for the 54 first confirmed registrations. These confirmations will
be registered at the hotel reception. The deterioration and damage to the hotel rooms will be a
direct responsibility to the riders that are occupying it.

We are sure that your responsibility and professionalism will show during this event.
