I am aware that I need no such reason and that there are serious
requirements in State Law for Narragansett Officials to maintain and produce these
documents.

On June 1, 2009 I sent a formal written letter to Town Manager Jeffry Ceasrine,
Council President David Crook and Clerk Anne Irons requesting a series of
documents. A copy of that letter and of my apra form to you is attached and

the Attorney general’s Office force the town to release the appropriate documents
to me as they appear on the attached APRA form.
