right not to be stripped of my home and principal dweling
place without first providing opportunity for a fair

When a creditor such as _____________, is so eager to
profit by foreclosing on the homeowner’s property, that the
creditor usurps the consumer’s constitutional right to
protect their property through due process of law, as
guaranteed by the United States Constitution, by the
Consumer Protection Act, The Real Estate Settlement and
Procedures Act, and the Truth In Lending Act, and ignores
the borrower’s duly issued demands for satisfaction and
thereby tramples the mortgage loan consumer’s
Constitutional Right to due process:

creditor’s ownership interest in the consumer’s home,

with a sale, and wrongful eviction action against the
loan consumer, who has clearly demonstated to the Court
that he/she is a victim of mortgage lending fraud and
abuse.
