MDTI proposes to conduct Diploma in English for Public Servants ‐ 2010 with the collaboration of 
University of Jaffna.   

Applications from Interested Officers working in departments attached to Northern Provincial Council, 
Central  Government,  Boards  and  Corporation  &  Non‐Government  Organizations  are  invited  for  this 
course to be conducted at the premises of University of Jaffna after office hours and during weekends. 

Age limit  : Below 45 years on the date of closing of applications. 

Qualification    :‐ GCE Advance Level in 03 subjects with credit pass in English at GCE OL 

Experience  :‐ 03 Years  working experience in a recognized institution 

Duration           :‐ 15 Months 

Course Fee       :‐ Rs 35,000/= 

Selection for Courses depends on a written examination and an interview 

Closing date for applications is 14 Oct 2010
