A SWOT ANALYSIS on (R. A. # 1425) otherwise known as the “Rizal Law”

• The Acronym “SWOT” means strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and

threats.

Scope of the Paper. Discuss the following:

• The evolution and context of the law.

• The significance of the law in term uses/benefit to students, parents, teachers,
government official/employee, community, school, and nation.
• At least three strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the law and
give remedial measures to address the weaknesses, and threats. Justify/defend
each of your stand/decision.
• Observe “balance” in allocating pages for each of the above topics.
• You are required to document this paper. Two kinds of documentations are
required. First, body notes (i. e. family name of author and year). Second,
bibliography (i. e. full name of author, full name of book underlined, place of
publication, publisher, and year of publication). If journal is used, the full name of
author, the title of the journal underlined, the title of the article, the year and
month of publication. The pages occupied by the article.
• Classify entries into books, journals, newspapers, magazines, theses/dissertations,
etc.
• The whole paper must not less than 10 pages “8 ½ x 11” double space in a
folder. Font size 12. Font, Times New Roman.
• Deadline for the submission will be on October 06, 2010
• Failure to submit the deadline will suffer grade deduction upon completion.
