PAYROLL PROCESSOR
1. Profile
1.1 Brief Description
On successful login, each user type has different set of options and capabilities. The user type
‘employee’ can view their profile which is read only, the user type ‘admin’ can choose to edit
employee profile.
2. Flow of Events
2.1 Basic Flow
After login, the users in employee category can choose ‘Go to my profile’ enabled in their home
page. Each employee has his profile maintained with various details like name, age, sex,
qualification, designation, experience, id.The users in the admin category can choose edit profile
To select any employee and update his profile with any temporal changes.
2.2 Alternative Flows
2.2.1 First Alternative Flow
When the user ie, employee selects to view his profile, his profile with various read only details
are listed. When opted to view his/her salary bill, the salary bill is displayed with the break down of various
components.
3. Special Requirements
3.1 First special requirement
The admin who edits the profile must be provided with efficient database management systems
that gives way for efficient and secured maintenance of data in the repository.

4. Preconditions
4.1 Precondition One
` For the admin, the profile to be edited must already be in the database. In such case he has to
choose ‘add new employee’.
