‘The DISD is proposing to expand their existing public school facility at 100 S. Glasgow
Dr. The existing site presently contains Woodrow Wilson High School and J.L, Long
‘Middle School. ‘The only new construction on the site is an approximately 14,000 square
foot expansion for classrooms, labs and a connecting corridor at the rear of the high
school. No additions are planned for the middle school. The school enrollment and
‘grades will not change only the physical facilites onthe site,

The existing schools have a floor area of approximately 310,000 square feet, the
classroom expansion is approximately 14,000 square feet, and an expansion area is
included. The land involved in the property is approximately 17.4 acres, bounded by
Glasgow, Reiger, Paulus and Covington

The existing zoning is PD 543 and Historic Districts H/S3 and H/120. There are
no proposed changes to either historic overlay. The site is currently developed wit
school.

residential districts and residential uses, predominantly single family in nature
