AND THE DISTRIBUTOR.
3.THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKECARE OF THEIR TOWERS, WHETHER THEY
ARE WORKING PROPERLY OR NOT.
4. THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE CARE TO MINIMISE ACTIVATION DELAYS,

WE HAVE CONCLUDED THIS ,FROM OUR
PROJECT THAT THERE ARE MORE CHANCES
OF GROWTH OF HUTCH IN VARANASI
ZONE.HUTCH IS HAVING A VERY GOOD
NETWORK THERE, BUT THE MAIN ISSUE IS
LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN
RETAILERS & THE COMPANY IN TERMS OF
SCHEMES.COMPANY IS ALSO HAVING VERY
LESS SIGNAGE,THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE
OF & THE SIGNAGES SHOULD BE INCREASED.
LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST NUMBER OF
OUTLETS ARE LESS IN THE DISTRICTS, SO
EFFORTS SHOULD BE MADE TO INCREASE THE
NUMBER OF OUTLETS WHICH WILL
AUTOMATICALLY INCREASE THE SALES.
