New York Democratic Lawyers Council (NYDLC) announces its 2010 Attorney
General Forum
New York, NY. The NYDLC today announces the program for its upcoming 2010
Attorney General Forum.

55 Fifth Ave., New York, NY
• Co-Sponsors: NYDLC, NY State Democratic Law Students Council,
American Constitution Society, National Democratic Law Students

• Speakers: Democratic Candidates for NY State Attorney General:
Richard Brodsky, Sean Coffey, Eric Dinallo, Kathleen Rice (invited but
unconfirmed) & Eric Schneiderman
• Moderator: Liz Benjamin (Host of YNN’s Capital Tonight, State of
Politics blogger & NY Daily News columnist)
• Format of Event: Candidates’ Reception & Media Registration: 6 PM;
Introductory remarks: 6:30 PM; Forum begins: 6:45 PM; Forum ends:
8:30 PM

• Reason for Forum: Provides public/media with a wide-ranging and
comprehensive analysis of the issues in the AG race
The NYDLC is a coalition of lawyers and other voting rights advocates dedicated
to fostering universal participation and trust in the electoral process. The
NYDLC has operated an active state-wide election monitoring program since
2005. The NYDLC currently has more than 4,000 members.
