Animal Intelligence

We like to know just how close animals are to humans. Do they think like us? Can

they problem-solve as well as we do? Scientists are also interested in animal

intelligence more correctly known as animal cognition from the point of view of

comparative psychology and evolutionary with the insights it gives on the

Scientifics of this AboutIntelligence institute, have demonstrated with some studies

that non-human animals need certain cognitive abilities in order to adapt to their

ecological niche. Which means that they do learn the commands humans gave

them just to get some food and security (an space share with men).

As Roberto Carlos sang in the progress song:

“…I want to be civilized like animal…”

Human beings are the only animals in the entire world with thinking skills and

rationalize capacity, but also we are the unique species who damage the

environment into we live our “ecological niche”.

In my personal opinion, being intelligent means more tan thinking and rationalize,

because even with those skills humans do not realize how bad they are acting.

Animals never waste food, time, the air, water, not even the space they need.

What are we waiting for? To follow their example? Or, are we planning to destroy

them as everything?
