NOVEMBER 24th, 2009

Work session started 6:07PM with Supervisors Castore and Doran-Norton, Treasurer
Pfahning and Clerk Norton. The upcoming 2010 budget was discussed briefly and a
budget work sheet was handed out adjourned at 6:25 PM.

December 1st, 2009

Upon request of supervisor Castore this was changed from a work session to an
actionable meeting and noticed prior to the actual meeting.

Meeting started at 7:03 PM Supervisors Knecht, Castore, and Doran-Norton as well


as Clerk Norton. The board primarily discussed the 2010 budget and began initial
line item allocations.

In addition, Supervisor Knecht formally announced that he would not be seeking re-
election at the end of this term in March.

Supervisor Doran-Norton moved to change the monthly meeting originally


scheduled for December 8th a week back to December 15th so that supervisors could
attend the Northfield Planning Commission meeting. Supervisor Castore seconded.
All approved.

A discussion about changing the township designation to an urban township and


how to go about giving correct public notice was raised. This would be referred to
Zoning Administrator Braun.

Language was crafted to support the recommendations of the Spring Brook Creek
committee to create stream protection ordinance, to be noticed in the Northfield
News, and sent via e-mail to the Northfield Planning Commission, the Northfield City
Council, the Dundas Planning Commission and the Dundas City Council. Supervisor
Doran-Norton moved to adopt language. Supervisor Castore seconded. All
approved.
