Tim and Debbie McIntosh embody the life of Christ followers dedicated to serving Him
cross culturally for a lifetime. They are proven, effective missionaries. I pray their tribe
will increase!

My wife and I have known Tim and Debbie for almost twenty years. I have been
impressed by Tim’s wisdom, vision and love for people as he was the Latin America Area
Director for ReachGlobal. He is a scholar, a church planter, a ministry leader and he
has maintained a healthy marriage and family in the process. This is an achievement!

Debbie has a great heart for people, skills and training in counseling and the years on
the field to allow her to counsel both nationals and missionaries. Her winsome ways are
used in the lives of many people.

Converge Worldwide International Ministries has six regions – the Nordic/Baltic

Region, Europe/North Africa Region, Africa Region, Asia Region, Middle East Region
and the Latin America Region. Tim is uniquely qualified to serve as our Latin America
Regional Director. 25+ years in Lima, the Spanish language, ministry leadership
experience and strong people skills will enable him to give servant leadership to our
work in Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Haiti, Mexico and Uruguay.
