PROGRESS
Comments:
Tracy continues to make progress each and every week. She continues to ask in depth questions and
desires to learn more about NOAH and more about how to use her social work background in practice
with clients. We are involved in daily communication with Tracy and it has been a pleasure to see her
progress especially in the last month. Moving forward encourage Tracy to continue to ask questions
and we will continue to evaluate on a weekly basis.

Comments:
As a intern, I personally notice how the weeks been very busy on a daily base from the time Noah
Project opens the door and yet the employees find ways to make learning discussions interesting and
meaningful. I would like to express my appreciation to The Noah Project for all their efforts and
patience in teaching me the educationally challenging, yet fun, experience of a case manager. I
understand the Noah Project is a very demanding agency, which I am very proud to be a part of
making the change.
