Block 6:
Oral Task: Shark Tank Business Plan Student learns the basics of business planning
and business in general. They are taught how to write up a mini business plan. They
will watch a few episodes of Shark Tank to get a better idea of how to present a
business plan. They will be responsible for the following criteria and present their
business plan to the rest of the class: LO 5, 6
1. 4 Ps of marketing Product (or service), Price, Place and Promotion.
2. SWOT Analysis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and threats
3. Q and A from students upon completion of presentation
Written Task: Write about five specific goals you want to accomplish this year, and
explain how you are going to accomplish them. LO 14, 17
