1.
Compressors:
Accessible,
semi-hermetic,
reciprocating, direct-drive, constant speed, 1750
RPM industrial type with suction strainer and
reversible oil pumps for pump down control and
forced lubrication to all bearing surfaces. Mount
compressors on vibration isolators and provide
with built-in overloads, oil sight glass, high
pressure switch with manual reset and low pressure
switch for pump down.

compartment separate from the conditioned air

13. These self contained units could be used in the Main Telecom
Room or Intermediate Telecom Closets, but it is preferable
to use the split units as defined in Section 15783 instead.
14. All units described herein will not be connected to the
BMS/DDC Lon network so as to minimize the amount of points on
the network. Provide Lon network connected space temperature
sensors and space humidity sensors to monitor space
conditions. Unit controls need not be native Lon.
