Price integrity Audit

Price Integrity Audit is an activity which perform to ensure that prices available
on Shelf Edge Label printing which is kept on different shelves should be match
with Physical/SAP MRP prices.
This activity is carried out on frequent intervals which is assigned to Store
operation which has to ensure that product price on SEL which contain
information EAN code, Article description, MRP price and planogram details
should be matching with Physical MRP, if there is some constraint on prices then
they will input the Physical MRP of each category through Scanner devices.
After completing the scanning then they will check and compare the prices with
SAP MRP.
Process Flow (Scheduled Scenario)

Store associates will scanned the articles of SEL label on frequent interval
according to Planogram. In case, they will get any change on SEL MRP
Label then they will input & save the physical MRP price through scanner
device and will complete the task of each categories.

After completing the scanning, they will download SEL MRP/Physical MRP
of the product in their desktop through scanner device.

There will be a Call function there from where they will directly pick up the
file which will flow through Central Portal to R3 system.

All SEL MRP and Physical MRP prices will be download the data into R3
system & will check the prices along with SAP MRP price.

If SEL MRP/Physical MRP/ SAP MRP prices are the same then no error will
occur and automatic mail will trigger to respective team.

If physical MRP are not matching with SEL MRP/SAP MRP into SAP system
then it will update the MRP and pull back to data through Central Portal
where they will change SEL MRP prices on shelves according to
planogram.

For MRP where variance is less than 20% it will update the automatic into
SAP System and if more than 20% variances are reflecting into sap system
then it will pull back the data to client desktop through central portal and
store associates will verify the prices and will get back to SO department.

Exception Report (Planned Vs Actual) can be drawn once entire task is completed.

Once exception report is populated from SAP System into clients desktop through
centre portal then it should be flow automatic to scanner device so as they can
changes SEL printing label.
