7: Unit 13 B.2 Communicating meaning through graphic design
The next client briefs involve creating imaginative graphics that creatively
communicate a specific message.
Client Brief 1: The Green Party of England and Wales would like you to design a
new logo to go on their website. The logo must reflect the ethos of the party and
be in keeping with its general aesthetic.
Client Brief 2: Stop the Traffik, a charity that works to stop human trafficking,
would like you do design a new logo for them to be included in their printed
media, such as their new flyer campaign. They ask that you read up on their
work and design a suitable logo that reflect the work of the charity and
communicates their message.

Create a mood board of ideas for each of the briefs. Use existing
products/images/pictures on your mood board to show what has

influenced you when creating your own designs. Annotate which


ideas you might want to incorporate into your logos and explain
why.
