Whats your favourite place around town? Is it the shopping centre or

the sports centre? Maybe you play football and you like the stadium.
Well, I love the zoo. I live in London, and London Zoo is an amazing
place to visit. I often go there with my family. My favourite thing at
the zoo is Gorilla Kingdom. Its an island with a group of gorillas and
some monkeys on it. It is very interesting to watch the gorillas. My
eight-year-old brother likes the Into Africa exhibition because it has
got giraffes. My parents are very unusual because they love the
snakes in the Reptile House. I love animals, but I think snakes are
disgusting!
After we visit the animals, we have lunch at the zoo. My mother
always prepares a nice meal with cheese sandwiches, eggs and apples
or strawberries. We eat the food and then my father buys us ice
cream. Its a perfect finish to a perfect day!
