Work experience
Working in Indiamart Intermesh Limited (Indiamart.com) as Team Lead
Ensuring that staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets and
performance standards. Responsible for making sure that any gaps in performance or quality are
quickly identified and addressed. Producing accurate reports on team performance for senior
managers
Responsibilities-:
New Client Acquisition* Manage a team of executives for acquisition of new clients of SMEs segment.
* Produced daily weekly and monthly activity report and forecast.
* Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements
* Managing the structuring and closing of the deals with new customers.
* Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets
* Monitoring and reporting on standards and performance targets.
* Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets and assist the team members for it.
* Ensure adherence to companys policies, ethics and code of conduct.
* Train and update team member regarding services and schemes.
* Creating competitive and healthy environment to achieve maximum output from team.
