Transcript of Business Plan

Our small company is called "Fruitsicles", named after its main product. We specialize on
producing frozen treats for the masses to enjoy.
VIII. We believe that our business is feasible enough to work on its own. Although small, the lack
of big risks is a positive. It might not give a lot of profit in the short run but it is capable of
gradually producing big amounts of money without any sort of hassle.

COMPARISON OF THE PRODUCT
WITH ITS COMPETITORS
We will be selling our products during the warm weather/ hot days because on those days,
people are constantly looking for something cold, or something to help relieve them of the heat.
The fruitsicles will do just that.
Our business is a general partnership between us students. There are four of us in our company
which handle the business altogether. Each of us will receive the same income, calculated and
based on profits.

Each of us has our own specific tasks in the business.

Our main product is called Fruitsicles, a new twist of the classic homemade ice candy. The
Fruitsicle is basically an ice candy filled with actual fresh fruit; both the juice and the pulp are
included within it. Not only does this make our unique ice candy taste better, but also makes it
healthier and natural.
Location
The fruitsicles are made of fresh fruits (such as; Melon and Buko), milk, and sugar, all blended
together and frozen overnight.

VII. SURVEYING

1st Trial:
Fail.
During the first selling, we failed due to the unperceived difficulty
of producing our products. We never knew how long the ice candy needs to freeze. Due to that,
we are unable sell anything. Despite this error, we made sure that we will learn from this event
and not do the same mistake.
2nd Trial:
Success!
We sold out our product on that day. Our customers were grade school (particularly grade 2) and
highschool students (particularly freshmen and sophomores). We were more successful during
the second selling. We made our products beforehand, learning from our past mistake. We sold
only a few of our products during the first hour; however, our first customers really enjoyed our
Fruitsicles and were kind enough to spread it to their friends. Because of this, we manage to all
of our products during the next hour. We considered this selling a success.
