SCIENCE OF PERSUASION

The video talked about the scien of persuasion in that we could indentificate six
principles that I wil explain below:

Reciprocity: in this shortcut we found that always we must give before to recive

positive answers
Scarcity: when people dont find enough things that they need in all places they
always will be influenced to said yes for all conditions or price about one service

or product because they really need this thing.


Authority: Most of people believe in people that use a uniform because they
think that this person say the true on the other hand also when we will present a
good background or experience of our work or service people believe more in

we without problems and always they will give a good answer.


Consistency: From the begining of the things, we must have a good
appearance and do all things with a good manner and will keep in the future
because when we show this attitude in the begining our clients always will
expect the same of we and if is possible something better, with these things we
will keep our clients without problems and will win more clients by references of

our clients.
Liking: We must present things that people can enjoy for example good colours
with good quality in the other hand we must be natural and fair; be open and
honest in your actions and have a general interest in people and their welfare.
This forms the basis of good leadership and will also begin to build trust, which

is one of the branches of liking and respect.


Consensus: People to create their profile taking some characteristics of
another people, for example if we want to create a new factory we will take
better references of this how their strategy, structure of organization also
improve their products or services in some aspects maybe lower costs.
