AfterservinginKorea,Billearnedanadvanceddegreeinengineering,andspentthenext
15yearsasacitymanagerinvariousNorthCarolinacities.
Heinvested$10,000ina"bluesky"investmentscam,wherehewassupposedtobeabletosellcarsobtainedatlower
pricesthanotherdealers.Theentire$10,000waslostimmediately.HeandPeggyhadborrowedthemoneyforthis
investment,andafterthreeyearsofworkinghardtopayitbackwerestillindebt.Theywerelookingforsomeother
businesswhichwouldhelpthem,andanotherpersonwhohadbeenthevictimofthesameinvestmentscamcalledhim

BillwentontobeDexter'sbiggestlegandatonepointheactuallypassedDexterinnumbersparticipatinginhissystem.
Duringthemid80's(termedtheAmwayHolocaust)wheremostorganizationsweredepletedduetothegoodeconomy,
the60Minutesexpose,andtheCanadiantaxsituation,somediamondsstartedotherbusinesses.Theywerealsovery
involvedinRonaldReagan'selectionandreelection.TheystartedafranchisecalledDexter'sSubs,andalsoboughtinto
afewHiltonHotelsinOhioalongwithafewotherrealestateinvestments.Thisinvolvedafewbigdiamondsatthetime
includingVictor,Zeender,Hamlett,Held,Wead,Renfrow,Brittandofcourse,Dexter.Dexterdidnotliveuptohis
commitmentsfinancially.ThisledtoamajorfalloutbetweenDexterandBillandthereasonthatBillrepeatedlywarned
hisgroupsnottoparticipateinanysidedealswithupline,downlineandcrossline.Itgotsouglyatonetimethatthe
corporationforcedBillandDextertoburythehatchet.ApparentlytheAmwayCorporationhadhadtoholdseparate
corporateevents(Q12,EmeraldClub,DiamondClub,etc).InadditiontoBillhavingabiggroup,thereweremanyof
Dexter'sgroupswholeftDexterandpluggedinwithBritt.

TheanimositybetweenBrittandDexterhassubsidedquiteabit.InanOrlando2004"attitudesession"Brittstatedfrom
stagethatifinteresteditwasokforhisIBO'stoattendDexter'sfunctions.Also,BWW&InterNEThaveworkedtogether
inselectmarketsoutsidetheU.S.A.onvariedsupportsystemrelatedissues.Forexample,DexterYagerislistedasa

Lawsuits
InJuly,2007,alawsuitwasfiledbyHenryandSueSkaggsnamingBillandPeggyBritt,PaulandLeslieMiller,Rocky
Covington,KevinandBethBell,andBrittWorldWideasdefendants.ThesuitallegesthattheSkaggs,havingdeveloped
asoftwaresystemtoallowfordirectorderfulfillmentoftoolstotheirdownline,receviedapprovalfromBritttocontinue
thedevelopmentofthesoftwareprogramforeventualrollouttoallofBWW.Duringthistime,theSkaggsstatethatthey
carriedtheburdenofthedevelopmentcosts.Accordingtothelawsuit,BillBrittstatedin2005thattheprogramwouldnot
berolledoutacrossBWW.TheSkaggsthenclaimtheyweredeedifiedbytheirupline.Thesuitallegesbreachof
contract,racketeering,andintentionalinterferencewitheconomicrelations.

Separation
AccordingtoTheBurlingtonTimesNews,BillandPeggyBrittfiledforseparationonNovember21,2003.Itwasblogged
thatBillwasthevictimofaninvestmentscamanditwasinnewspapersthatheharassedafemale,Phyllis
Frankel.RonPuryearsentavoicemessagetohisteamannouncingBillBritt'sretirement.
