AFFIDAVIT OF NON-FILING OF INCOME TAX
I, ROMARL DE LA CRUZ ALIMOREN, both of legal age, Filipinos, with
postal address at Blk 127 Lot 14 Phase 1 Mabuhay City Paliparan 3,
Dasmarias City Cavite, after having been sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say:
That I hereby attest to the fact that I am unemployed and have no
other business from which I can derive any income since January 2015
up to the present;
That I did not file my income tax in accordance with the National
Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines, as I am not required by the
law to file an income tax return having no income from January 2015
up to the present;
That I executed this affidavit to attest to the fact that I did not file an
income tax return for the reason stated , for all legal intents this may
serve.
