Sentence List per Week with Daily Instructions

Monday: Write out this weeks sentence and identify each word as noun, pronoun, verb (type and tense),
adverb, adjective, article, preposition, conjunction, interjections, infinitive, gerund, or particple.
Tuesday: Write out this weeks sentence and identify sentence parts including simple and complete
subject, simple and complete verb (transitive or intransitive), direct object, indirect object, predicate
nominative, predicate adjective, appositive, or appositive phrase, prepositional phrase (adjective or
adverb), object of preposition, noun of direct address, infinitive phrase, object of infinitive, gerund phrase,
object of gerund, participial phrase.
Wednesday: Write out this weeks sentence and identify clauses (independent or dependent), sentence
type (simple, compound, complex, compound-complex), and purpose (declarative, interrogative,
exclamatory, imperative).
Thursday: Write out this weeks sentence and add capitalization and punctuation including end
punctuation, commas, semicolons, apostrophes, underlining, and quotation marks.
Friday: Diagram this weeks sentence.
